Please Read Our Terms Carefully. These provisions govern online lead submissions, dealership authorization, product supply margins, and operational compliance.
1. Eligibility
Only eligible individuals, business entities, farmer producer organizations (FPOs), and registered dealers possessing valid commercial authorization or willing to acquire mandatory FCO / seed licenses may apply for franchise or dealership allotment.
2. Application Process
Submission of an enquiry or lead generation form does not confer an automatic right to franchise representation. All applications undergo internal territory feasibility review, background verification, and non-competition checks before formal onboarding.
3. Investment & Fees
Applicable inventory investment brackets, refundable security sums (where applicable), and product margin slabs are communicated and formally documented during agreement execution. No unauthorized cash collections are permissible.
4. Product Availability & Supply
Stock supplies are subject to seasonal agricultural manufacturing schedules and depot allocations. Consignments are dispatched under manufacturer warranty with batch testing certifications.
5. Changes to Terms
Global Agro Point reserves the right to revise or update these operational terms periodically to maintain compliance with central agricultural directives and statutory standards.
